1. Project Initiation

StoneArtz approached me to create a professional digital presence that reflected their craftsmanship in natural stone design. They wanted a website that not only showcased their product range but also built trust with architects, interior designers, and homeowners.

Our goal was to make the brand feel premium and authentic — just like the materials they offer. We began by identifying their core needs:

  • A modern, responsive website that highlights stone textures and finishes.

  • A simple way for users to inquire or book consultations.

  • An online experience that communicates luxury and durability.

This set the foundation for the project — building a digital showroom that feels elegant yet approachable.

From Groundwork to Digital Footprint: The StoneArtz Journey

Goal

To create a modern, visually appealing website that establishes StoneArtz’s online presence and helps generate business through a digital product catalog.

Challenge

StoneArtz had no prior online platform to showcase its wide range of stone products. The challenge was to design a catalog-driven website that highlighted craftsmanship while remaining easy to navigate. Additionally, the proprietor wanted to share the website with clients before meetings, so they could review products in advance and come prepared for business discussions.

Outcome

The new website gave StoneArtz a professional digital identity, enabling the brand to showcase products effectively and attract new leads online. It also streamlined client interactions, as customers could now explore the catalog before meetings, making discussions more focused and productive.

2. Understanding the Domain

Before diving into design, I spent time understanding the natural stone industry — how buyers make decisions, what visuals attract them, and how competitors present similar products.

Key insights:

  • Customers are highly visual — they want to “see” the stone up close, not read long specs.

  • Interior designers often look for specific color tones or finishes; so easy navigation and clear categorization were essential.

  • Real estate buyers care about credibility and service, so testimonials and past projects needed visibility.

Based on these findings, I structured the site to guide users visually — from browsing to booking — with a focus on simplicity, clarity, and visual richness.

3. Design Process

The design direction centered around minimalism and material realism. Neutral backgrounds and soft shadows highlighted the stone textures, while large image grids, smooth transitions, and subtle scroll animations created a premium, showroom-like feel.

Built in Wix Studio, the design was fully optimized for mobile — image galleries stack seamlessly, and inquiry buttons remain prominently accessible across devices.

The result: a visually immersive, functional website that tells StoneArtz’s story while making it effortless for visitors to explore products and get in touch.

4. Final Impact

The StoneArtz website successfully transformed the brand’s online presence into a visually rich and user-friendly experience. The design highlighted their craftsmanship through large visuals, smooth transitions, and clear navigation, making it easy for visitors to explore designs and connect for inquiries. The result was a strong digital identity that elevated credibility and improved client engagement.
